During showcase weekend, the Tournament Headquarters office serves as the central location for immediate assistance. Our on-site staff can assist coaches, athletes, and spectators with court grids, schedule adjustments, Lost & Found items, and emergency contacts.
If you are unsure where to report at the court facility, Headquarters is always the best place to start.
Emergency Procedures
For immediate medical assistance or emergencies during the tournament weekend:
- • Report immediately to the nearest on-court event coordinator
- • Report to the main tournament Headquarters office desk
- • Call 911 immediately for all life-threatening emergencies
On-site certified athletic trainers and first-aid support coordinates are present at all courts. Detailed protocols are listed in the official team handbook.
